You retain full ownership of the images you submit. Submitting a photograph does not transfer copyright or exclusive rights to Photography Club.
By submitting an image, you grant Photography Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your work inside the app and in the public archive of past exhibitions. This license exists only to present your work within the context of the club.
The club is built in the spirit of open tools and shared stewardship. Your images are yours; the platform is here to appreciate them and preserve the record of each exhibition.
Where your work appears in the archive, we aim to credit the photographer when that information is provided.
If you would like a submission removed from the archive, contact the club and we will do our best to honor the request.
Please submit only work you have the rights to share and that respects the privacy and dignity of others. We may remove content that violates these principles.
These terms may evolve as the club grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
